Taro Falls

Description

Taro Falls is a 12.2m high, 1.8m wide ribbon washboard cascade located on the tributary of Davis Creek that drains the now disused Taro Quarry. It is very much a seasonal fall, requiring heavy rainfall to get it going. When flow is low, its entireity goes underground and emits from a karst feature to the left of the main falls. Below the main fall is a long talus cascade ending just beside the trail up the side of Davis Creek.
